The Carbis Bay Property Shop
opened in July 2006 and will remain fully independent and offer prompt service
with facillities to market your property within a short time from instruction,
with in-house printing and marketing designed to reduce overall selling costs
and time. (The new eye catching 'For Sale' boards will be highly
visible).
Over the last few years
South West Estates has had considerable success in developing its Lettings and
Management Services and will continue to trade independently under the same
name and will offer lettings advice and management services from Lands End to
Hayle and surrounding areas tailored to individual needs of both local and
absent landlords.
In conjunction with
Tom French & associates who will be based at Carbis House, Carbis Bay, free
and confidential advice on all matters relating to property finance together
with pension and investments will be available in a relaxed environment with
free customer parking available on site.
Both Carbis Bay Property Shop and South West Estates intend

will now develop their businesses independently and with separate
