Management Service includes…..
For Landlords
· Advising as to the likely rental income.
· Advertising
and marketing your property.
· Interviewing prospective Tenants and
professionally referencing them.
· Preparing Tenancy Agreements,
renewing Agreements and obtaining a property back.
· Taking a
deposit from the Tenant to be insured & held by the Agent.

Taking meter readings & changing utilities into tenants name(s).
· Collecting the rent monthly and paying over to the Landlord.
· Carrying out inspections every three/four months.

Co-ordination of repair or maintenance, including arranging for tradesmen to
attend the property and obtaining estimates where necessary, supervising works
and settling accounts from rent received.
· Mediating between
Landlord & Tenant & dealing with any subsequent issues that arise.
· Carrying out a full property inspection and inventory check at the
end of the tenancy and dealing with matters relating to unfair wear and tear
before releasing the Tenant’s deposit.
